TexasSwap (TXUE) White Paper Introduction
This white paper introduces TexasSwap, the first core layer of the Rousix ecosystem. TexasSwap is designed to make decentralized finance usable by institutions by providing a structured, compliant way to transact on-chain. TexasSwap embeds the Automated Internal Revenue Settlement Protocol (AIRSP) directly into the system, allowing transactions to automatically account for tax and settlement requirements in real time. By solving compliance at the protocol level, TexasSwap removes the primary barrier that has kept large institutional capital out of DeFi and enables broader participation without manual reporting or regulatory uncertainty.
