ROUSIX STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT PLAN

5400 Legacy Drive in Plano, Texas.

Executive Summary

Rousix Deployment Strategy And Objectives

The Rousix Strategic Deployment Plan establishes the framework for launching the first Rousix economic hub and creating a scalable network of digitally integrated commercial buildings. The inaugural location is planned for the former Electronic Data Systems campus at EDS Headquarters at 5400 Legacy Drive in Plano, Texas. This location provides the infrastructure, visibility, and technological legacy necessary to launch a platform that integrates real estate, biometric identity infrastructure, membership economics, and digital compute capacity.

The foundation of the Rousix ecosystem begins with the Rousix Biometric Identity Protocol implemented through the Rousix platform at https://Rousix.org.  All members enroll through a secure identity verification process that includes government credential validation, facial authentication, thumbprint verification, and optional voice confirmation. These biometrics are converted into encrypted templates linked to a member's digital wallet and membership credential. The biometric identity system serves as the universal access mechanism across all Rousix facilities, enabling secure building entry, workspace access, and authorization for restricted areas such as digital infrastructure environments.

The first Rousix building will operate as a modern economic hub that combines professional workspace environments with advanced digital infrastructure. The facility will include private offices, collaborative workspaces, conference facilities, networking lounges, media production spaces, and professional services suites. Members gain access to the building through a subscription model priced at one thousand five hundred dollars per month.

The initial building targets approximately one thousand members, generating roughly one and one half million dollars in monthly membership revenue and eighteen million dollars in annual membership revenue. In addition to membership income, the building will deploy twenty Rousix Olympus compute units to support blockchain validation, artificial intelligence compute leasing, and digital infrastructure services. Each unit is projected to generate approximately one hundred eighty thousand dollars annually, producing an estimated three million six hundred thousand dollars in annual compute revenue. Combined membership and infrastructure income is projected to generate approximately twenty one million six hundred thousand dollars in annual revenue for the first location.

Rousix’s primary preferred financing structure is to acquire each property through a dedicated Rousix Real Estate Special Purpose Vehicle in which Rousix serves as the managing sponsor. Rousix contributes the operating platform, biometric identity infrastructure, membership ecosystem, and brand while institutional partners provide strategic equity capital in exchange for a minority ownership interest. A portion of the acquisition is financed through moderate commercial debt secured by the property. An additional capital layer may be generated through founding memberships that allow early participants to prepay access to the Rousix building network. This structure preserves operational control for Rousix, reduces reliance on excessive leverage, and establishes a repeatable acquisition framework.

Following successful launch and stabilization of the Plano location, the model is designed to expand into additional economic hubs across Texas including Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Amarillo. Each building will operate as a node within the Rousix ecosystem, connected through biometric identity infrastructure, shared membership access, and integrated digital infrastructure services. Over time, this network of properties forms a distributed economic platform that combines physical infrastructure, professional communities, and digital compute capacity into a unified Rousix ecosystem capable of scaling across multiple cities and markets.
