ROUSIX COMMERCE: THE UNIFIED GLOBAL TRANSACTION ENGINE

ROUSIX UNITED STATES DOLLAR STANDARD: GLOBAL VALUE ALIGNMENT

2.25 USD = 1 GBP = 1 EUR: GLOBAL SYSTEM REALIGNMENT

Rousix Commerce deploys income producing compute infrastructure that routes transactions through a unified global network, enabling real time settlement, data synchronization, and coordinated capital flows. Each transaction follows a structured 100% allocation, where 70% is conveyed to the supplier and 30% supports distribution and system operations. Within this 30%, a 3% allocation is conveyed to the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany, establishing a capitalized insurance and stability mechanism designed to ensure continuity, enforce systemic trust, and absorb risk across jurisdictions. The remaining 27% is distributed to participating nations on a pro rated basis according to regional revenue generation.

This framework operates with Rousix’s United States Dollar as the global standard monetary unit of measure, enabling USD, GBP, and EUR to increase in value through coordinated transaction flows, reduced currency friction, and disciplined capital alignment. As transaction volume scales across the network, the system reinforces demand for these currencies, stabilizes exchange relationships, and establishes a transparent, infrastructure driven mechanism for sustained value appreciation across major global economies.

Rousix Unified Economic Integration Press Announcement

ROUSIX DEFINES THE NEXT STAGE OF NORTH AMERICAN AND LATIN AMERICAN ECONOMIC INTEGRATION THROUGH A UNIFIED TRANSACTION, CREDIT, AND INFRASTRUCTURE FRAMEWORK

A Structured Convergence Of Trade, Culture, Technology, And Capital Across The Americas Establishes A Continuous Economic Corridor While Preserving Language, Sovereignty, And Financial Integrity Through Real Time Systems, Integrated Credit Standards, And Infrastructure Driven Value Creation Under A Coordinated Multinational Framework

FRISCO, TEXAS — May 4, 2026 — Rousix Translucent Portals ICCF Inc. has formalized an ongoing economic architecture that builds upon the foundational trade principles established under the North American Free Trade Agreement and its modern successor, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. This structure is not a proposal, initiative, or forward looking ambition. It is an actively constructed system developed by its founders, Dr. Blake Myers, Adam Hamid, Dr. Ulysses Ware, and William Gallion, designed to align economic activity across North America, Central America, and South America through integrated infrastructure, transaction standardization, capital coordination, and cultural preservation.

NAFTA established tariff reduction, cross border market access, and investment protections among the United States, Canada, and Mexico. While effective in increasing trade volume and economic interdependence, the system operated with fragmented enforcement, delayed reporting, and reliance on post transaction compliance. Rousix advances beyond these constraints by embedding execution, settlement, taxation, credit formation, and auditing directly into the transaction layer itself, thereby eliminating inefficiencies inherent within legacy systems.

At the center of this structure is the Intermetanet, a Web4 positioned global operating environment in which all economic activity is processed through a unified point of sale and settlement framework. Transactions are executed under a standardized 70% and 30% supply and distribution structure, reflecting a foundational balance between production and facilitation. Seventy percent of value is conveyed directly to the supplying individual or entity, reinforcing that value creation remains anchored in output and execution. Thirty percent is allocated to the distribution layer, supporting infrastructure, logistics, validation, and coordinated system functionality.

Within this 30% distribution layer, a sovereign guarantor structure is embedded. The United States, United Kingdom, and Germany each receive one percent of total transaction value, forming a three percent allocation, which equates to 10% of the 30% distribution structure. This allocation functions as a capitalized insurance and stability mechanism designed to ensure continuity, enforce systemic trust, and absorb risk across jurisdictions. The remaining 27% of total transaction value, representing 90% of the distribution layer, is conveyed to participating nations on a pro rated basis, determined by regional transaction volume and revenue generation.

This structure can be summarized as follows. 100% transaction value equals 70% supply allocation plus 30% distribution allocation. Within the 30% distribution allocation, 3% is reserved for sovereign guarantors, and 27% is distributed across participating nations. The 70% supply allocation is conveyed entirely to the individual or entity responsible for production.

This transaction architecture replaces traditional income tax dependency with automated point of sale collection, preserving only essential taxation mechanisms, including an 8.25% sales tax, a 1% annual property tax, and a 12.5% inheritance conveyance tax. Taxation is executed in real time during transaction processing, eliminating administrative lag, reducing non compliance, and ensuring predictable government revenue streams aligned with actual economic activity.

Rousix further integrates a dual layer credit architecture, combining legacy scoring standards from Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, and PAYDEX scoring from Dun & Bradstreet with a real time Transaction Credit Layer. Creditworthiness is derived from verified participation across supply, distribution, and consumption channels. Scores increase through consistent economic activity and timely settlement behavior, while decreases occur only upon failure to meet contractual borrowing obligations. This ensures a consumer aligned system that rewards participation without penalizing reduced activity, maintaining equilibrium between historical trust and real time performance.

The framework is supported by Rousix income producing compute infrastructure, forming the hardware backbone of global banking, transaction validation, and communication networks. These systems secure checking and savings account functionality and extend deposit protection standards modeled after the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation baseline of $250,000 per account across participating jurisdictions through real time auditing and distributed validation.

A 5 year transitional economic migration governs the shift from deficit driven legacy systems to a surplus driven integrated model. This transition reflects a structural evolution, moving from fragmented and reactive systems toward coordinated, efficient, and surplus generating economic behavior. Rousix initiates this process through the sale of over $100m in income producing compute systems, establishing a foundational hardware footprint and recurring economic activity across multiple regions.

Following this initial deployment, Rousix executes strategic acquisition tactics designed to secure control and influence across global hardware and software supply and distribution chains. Target entities include Microsoft, HP, Dell, Apple, and Samsung. Through acquisition, partnership, and capital influence, Rousix integrates its proprietary protocols directly into existing operating systems, manufacturing pipelines, and distribution networks, enabling seamless adoption at scale.

Rousix investment banking operations function as the capital deployment engine of this system. Through structured financing, coordinated capital raises, and highly aggressive leveraged buyout tactics, Rousix establishes a position of economic leverage across targeted sectors. Market participants are presented with a defined outcome. Alignment results in integration within a unified economic system. Resistance results in dilution, anti poison pill acquisition strategies, and subsequent forced restructuring through disciplined capital deployment and strategic negotiation.

As infrastructure deployment expands and transaction volume increases, Rousix multi layer utility network experiences corresponding growth in market capitalization. This growth reinforces participation through network effects, incentive alignment, and organic expansion driven by word of mouth adoption. Major global marketing campaigns, including events such as the Super Bowl and the FIFA World Cup, further accelerate awareness and adoption across domestic and international markets.

Central to this expansion is Rousix incentive based education framework, which enables individuals to earn value through structured knowledge acquisition and participation. This model transitions the traditional sequence of learn then earn into a continuous cycle of learn, earn, apply, and scale, ensuring that value creation remains active and accessible across all stages of development.

Within this integrated system, a cultural and economic corridor emerges, referred to as the Mexican Empire. This corridor aligns Spanish speaking nations across Mexico, Central America, and South America into a unified economic structure that preserves language, heritage, customs, and institutional identity while integrating seamlessly with North American markets. Rousix systems reinforce this alignment through standardized terminology, including recognition of the Gulf of Mexico, and through incentive based participation across education and transaction frameworks.

Adam Hamid and Dr. Blake Myers, serving as global diplomatic liaisons, coordinate the integration of infrastructure, governments, and market participants within this system. Their work reflects a structured and ongoing convergence of economic systems, grounded in execution, verification, and measurable outcomes.

Rousix emphasizes that this framework is actively advancing through infrastructure deployment, transaction integration, and coordinated expansion. The result is a comprehensive economic architecture in which production, distribution, credit, taxation, and cultural preservation operate as a single synchronized system, establishing a durable and scalable standard for global economic coordination across the Americas.
