We begin by determining what you want to own: a home, car, truck, equipment, or a business asset. Then we reverse-engineer the surplus needed to acquire it.

Example:

If your goal is a $240,000 home, you don’t borrow $240,000.
You typically contribute $20,000–$30,000 as the capital that will grow into the home’s full value.
That surplus is then placed into one of our six ILO surplus mines, where capital appreciation grows your position into the full value of the home.
