Adam S. Hamid is Founder and CEO of Rousix Inc., directing the company’s strategy, governance, capital formation, acquisitions, operations and global expansion. As strategic architect, Hamid integrates investment banking, treasury and liquidity management, investor relations, compliance, enterprise risk, asset protection, international trade, cross border settlement, marketing, sales, communications, real estate, healthcare and institutional partnerships into a unified operating framework. His mandate centers on disciplined capital allocation, scalable infrastructure, regulatory alignment and people centered economic systems designed around participation rather than extraction. Hamid oversees Rousix’s relationships across financial institutions, strategic counterparties and international markets while directing commercialization across its technology and financial infrastructure. His leadership consolidates the business, financial and institutional disciplines represented throughout the Rousix organization into a single executive strategy focused on durable growth, global interoperability and long term value creation.

Dr. Blake A. Myers is Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Rousix Inc., responsible for the technological architecture underlying the company’s interconnected financial, artificial intelligence and distributed infrastructure systems. An AI and blockchain engineer, Myers specializes in advanced systems architecture, forensic analytics, scalable infrastructure design, and body and facial recognition research supporting IARPA and Department of Justice initiatives. As Rousix’s principal technology architect, he integrates blockchain infrastructure, digital asset systems, automated compliance, cybersecurity, transaction architecture, data analytics, artificial intelligence, payment and settlement technology, and interoperable computing environments. Myers translates Rousix’s broader economic and commercial strategy into functional technical systems engineered for security, scalability, transparency and cross platform integration. His mandate encompasses research, engineering, infrastructure deployment and continuous technological development, providing the technical foundation required to connect Rousix’s financial, commercial and global operating networks.
